1) Agreement

By accessing or using NeexStream, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional policies referenced at checkout.

2) Service Scope

NeexStream provides multistream relay tools, direct upload and URL import (YouTube / Google Drive / direct links), fallback playback, and Thbathon streaming from your dashboard.

3) Accounts & Security

You are responsible for account activity, stream keys, and linked destination credentials. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4) Billing & Payments (Paddle)

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Prices, taxes, and billing terms shown at checkout are part of your purchase agreement.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date.
• Invoicing, tax handling, and payment processing are managed by Paddle.
• Chargebacks or payment fraud may result in immediate suspension.

5) Refund & Cancellation

NeexStream follows Paddle's refund policy: customers are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the transaction date for each charge.

6) Content Rights

You confirm you own or are licensed to stream, upload, relay, or import any media. You must comply with copyright law and destination platform rules.

7) Prohibited Conduct

Any use violating law, intellectual-property rights, sanctions, or our Acceptable Use Policy may lead to account suspension or termination.

8) Availability & Liability

Service is provided "as is". Liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months to the maximum extent allowed by law.

9) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised version.
