By accessing or using NeexStream, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.
NeexStream provides a multi-platform live streaming relay service. Users can stream to multiple platforms simultaneously using RTMP protocol, upload videos for fallback or marathon streaming, and manage streaming destinations through a web dashboard.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of content you stream or upload. You must have all necessary rights to broadcast content. Prohibited content includes: copyrighted material without permission, illegal content, harmful or hateful material, and content that violates platform-specific rules of destinations.
Free accounts are limited to 2 platforms and 100MB uploads. Paid plans provide expanded limits as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
NeexStream is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for stream interruptions, data loss, or third-party platform issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
