How do I connect OBS to NeexStream?
In OBS, go to Settings > Stream. Select "Custom" as service. Enter your NeexStream RTMP URL and Stream Key from the dashboard. Click Apply and Start Streaming.
How does the fallback video work?
Upload a fallback video in Dashboard > Fallback. When your OBS stream disconnects, NeexStream automatically plays your fallback video to all connected platforms for the configured duration (default 15 minutes).
What video formats can I upload?
NeexStream supports MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, and FLV formats. For best results, use MP4 with H.264 encoding. Upload limits: Free (100MB), Pro (2GB), Enterprise (10GB).
How do I set up a marathon stream?
Go to Dashboard > Marathon. Create a playlist, add videos, set the loop count or duration, and hit Start. NeexStream will continuously loop your playlist on all connected platforms.
Can I import videos from YouTube or Google Drive?
Yes! Go to Dashboard > Videos and use the "Import from URL" feature. Paste a YouTube video URL or a Google Drive share link, and NeexStream will download and add it to your library.
